This raffle is organized and administered by Good Samaritan Outreach Men's Shelter (GSO).

​

Entry requirements

To be eligible to enter the raffle, entrants must:

  • Be over 18 years of age by September 10, 2017

  • Not be a member of Good Samaritan Outreach Men's Shelter staff

  • Have purchased at least one ticket at $20.00 each or 6 for $100.00

  • Be a resident of the United States

  • Be able to pass all federal and state requirements and laws for that prize.

 
Prizes

The prize consists of the following:

  • 2017 Polaris 750cc ATV

  • Savage Axis XP 243 with Scope

  • 15' two-man ladderstand & a $200 accessory gift card to All Pawn

Winner will be announced at the Wild West Festival on October 7, 2017 at 6pm.  Winner does not have to be present to win.  Each winner will be contacted by either phone or email by October 8, 2017.   Maximum of 900 tickets will be sold.  GSO has the right to exchange any and all raffle prizes with similar or like items of equal or greater value.

 
Winners

The winner will be drawn by a Good Samaritan Outreach representative on October 7, 2017 at 6:00pm cst. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified within 2 working days of the drawing either by email or telephone. The winner's name will be announced on the GSO website. Full address details will not be disclosed. Also:

  • The winner will be contacted by telephone or email. In the event that we cannot contact the winner within 5 days after the draw, a new winner will be drawn.  If the prize is not picked up within 30 days of the initial contact of the winner, the prize will revert back to GSO.

  • If the writing is illegible on the ticket and no contact details are given, a new winner will be selected on the day of the draw.

  • The prizes are non-transferable and only consist of what is listed above.

  • By entering the draw, winners confirm their agreement to take part in any associated publicity.

  • Winner is responsible for all federal and state taxes.

  • Winner must be able to pass all federal and state requirements and laws for that prize or they forfeit the prize back to GSO.
